I had an absolutely amazing experience at CM Japanese Head Spa in Newbury! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and professional. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, and my scalp feels refreshed and deeply cleansed. It’s the perfect place to de-stress. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some self-care. I had the luxury experience and that's exactly what it was. It was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had. Clara takes time to explain what will happen and made me feel at ease and pampered as soon as I arrived. The scalp analysis was fascinating and Clara is very knowledgeable. She explained that she books plenty of time in between appointments so you are not rushed to leave straight after, it was just amazing.
Clara is lovely lady, very calm in her manner and helpful in every way.

Highly recommend trying the Japanese head spa, it’s SO relaxing!!! Clara is extremely warm and kind with her treatment and takes great care of you. The products are very unique and leave you feeling revitalised and restored. A lot of attention to detail has gone into her business, a welcome change to a regular spa treatment and a tonic for the head & head! Will definitely return for another treatment, try it out you won’t be disappointed! 👌

The treatment itself was incredible—so relaxing and done with such care. The woman who treated me was so lovely, kind, and welcoming, and she made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The added touches of snacks and drinks included in the package really elevated the whole experience and made it feel extra special. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pampered.
