I honestly find it difficult to express just how amazing my expriance was. From the moment i stepped in i was pampered and looked after so beautifully. the treatment itself was absolutely incredible, it was so relaxing and i will definitely be returning as well as sending everyone i know a recomendation!

Clara was amazing and this service feels so good!! The space is relaxing and well thought out, I really loved the heated beds and fluffy blankets and the snacks and drinks were such a lovely touch. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely brilliant!! Was made to feel so welcome as soon as I stepped in the door, nothing was rushed , I had the luxury experience :) was amazing !! I have always wanted to try one of these and only just found out CM Japanese head spa was in Newbury so booked straight away :) the refreshments were great and I will definitely be booking again :) definitely worth the money :) thanks so much xx

I honestly think it was the most amazing experience from start to finish. Clara is the most beatifull lady so warm and wellcoming. She wants u to enjoy every moment I almost fell asleep 😂🥰And the nibbles were very tasty thank u so much Clara for beatifull evning I will defo return xx

Wow! Had an amazing head spa after a long and stressful week at work. Clara is attentive, kind and worked wonders with my hair. The whole experience was so relaxing and was just what I needed. Hope to be back for more soon!
