What can I say to explain to you all how wonderfully amazing this treatment is and the attention to detail Clara puts in to make her treatments extra special. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed into white and gold tastefully decorated salon with little treats lying here and there. Clara is warm and welcoming, making sure you have everything you need.
We went for the ‘bring a friend luxury package’ and boy, this did not disappoint. A perfect afternoon treat for me and my daughter. 5 stars is not enough for Clara, she really has mastered perfect customer service with perfect treatments.

I can't recommend this Japanese head spa enough! Everyone needs to try it at least once. The way you feel afterward is absolutely amazing💖it's like all your stress just melts away, and you leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
Even if you think you don't need this kind of treatment, trust me, your body does. It's not just about the head spa itself, it's about how incredible you feel after the experience.
Clara is such a lovely person and takes amazing care of you from the moment you arrive. She makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly looked after. Her attention to detail and caring nature make the whole experience even more special.

Lovely experience. Therapist very gentle & makes sure comfortable. The head massage was very relaxing & good to get a scalp detox. No rushing the experience, nice to lay on warm massage bed, have a mini afternoon tea, followed by having hair dried off

A perfect experience. The treatment itself is divine but what really stands out about CM is her commitment to the concept of relaxation. Many places will invite you to "take your time" but CM facilitates it - a call button for when you're ready for her, massage chairs after the treatment. I don't feel at ease easily but this was the most relaxed I've been in a long time. I will definitely be back.

I had the most wonderful experience. From the moment you are greeted by Clara at the door to the very end, I highly recommend the experience to anyone. It was SO relaxing - I had the gold package which included the scalp analysis which was so interesting to see and Clara was so knowledgeable with everything. We did a before and after and it was amazing to see how clean my scalp was after the spa. After the experience you get to relax more on a massage lounger and I was greeted with a hot drink and tier of lovely treats (sandwich, cheese and meats, cakes, grapes and crackers) it just added to everything else. My hair is silky smooth and feels so clean. The salon itself is stunning with attention to details and a beautiful vibe. Thank you so much for this amazing experience I can’t wait to come back again!
